Financial Policy:For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Interact, Cash or Personal Cheques. If you have any questions regarding the fees for any proposed dental services we can provide you with an estimate prior to treatment. Payment is due on the date of service. Financial arrangements can be pre-arranged for orthodontic treatment or involved dental procedures. Please feel free to speak with Christine, our office manager if you have any questions. Insurance:In most cases we are able to send dental claims electronically; if this is not possible we will provide you with a standard dental claim form after each appointment. All professional services are billed directly to you and you are responsible for any payment of fees. Your insurance company will then reimburse you. We are glad to assist in helping you understand your dental benefits and getting the most from your plan. In some cases your dental needs may exceed your dental coverage. Please let us know if your insurance coverage information changes. All professional services are billed directly to you. It is your responsibility to arrange payment of fees. Once the claim has been sent electronically, you should be reimbursed in approximately 3-5 business days by your insurance company. We are more than happy to assist you in understanding your dental benefits. Cancellation Policy:In today’s busy world everyone’s time is valuable, if you are unable to give us 48 hrs notice when rescheduling an appointment, another patient in need of treatment may be kept waiting unnecessarily. We reserve the right to charge your account for appointments missed or cancelled without sufficient notice. |
